1. Is my photo high-quality enough? If you’re unsure, send it over! Generally, as long as the main subject is clear and not too blurry, our artists can trace a beautiful outline from it.
2. Can I add text or a date? Yes! We can add names, dates, or short phrases in a matching minimalist font. Mention this in your order notes or email us immediately after purchasing.
3. Do you offer bulk orders? Yes, we do custom embroidery for bridal parties, family reunions, and corporate gifts. Please email us for bulk pricing (10+ items).
